How to choose a coin shop in Erie
Match the shop to the job. Buying bullion: compare the premium over spot on the same coin or bar at two or three shops; it varies more than people expect. Collecting U.S. or world coins: look for a dealer whose case matches what you collect, and ask whether they can find coins for you.
Selling: get an appraisal first, never clean a coin before showing it, and get more than one offer for anything valuable. Grading: you don't need your own PCGS or NGC account; an authorized dealer can submit coins for you.
